Growing up I was usually outside climbing trees, riding my bike or playing tennis. You very rarely would catch me inside playing with dolls or watching T.V.

My competitive career took off at the age of 9 and continued through my high school years. At the age of 20 I turned pro and became a figure skating coach for the next fifteen years.

Two events lead me to a secondary passion— fitness competitions- One- I moved to an area where there were no ice rinks, so skating was out of the question. Two- I joined a gym down the road and started training to be a fitness competitor. It was at that time that I learned about nutrition and weight training and I was hooked for life!

MY WHY:

Exercise and nutrition gives me a sense of wellbeing and it is my pathway to a healthier more vibrant life which allows me to embrace each day with strength, confidence and a smile.

FOLLOWING MY DREAMS:

Embarking upon a journey to follow my dreams, I dove into the world of fitness competitions , navigating stages along the east coast. By doing so, a profound passion emerged- a desire to empower and guide other women on their fitness journeys. Recognizing this calling, I established my own personal training business, dedicated to share my knowledge about fitness and exercise. Through each competition and training session, I found not only personal fulfillment but also much joy in helping others achieve their wellness goals too.
